When will the order be shipped ?

You will receive a confirmation email after the payment. And the ordered products will be dispatched within 2 working days.
What courier will be used for the delivery ?

Orders for mainland China and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan will be delivered by SF Express, and orders for other areas will be delivered by DHL.
When can I expect my order ?

Once your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with the courier company and the waybill number. You can enter the tracking number at the official website of S.F. Express DHL to check the latest status of your order.

  • Other areas: subjected to the DHL express commerce charge
