How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 1 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

What are the return timelines ?

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Exchange will be accepted within 15 days of receipt.

How to return the purchased product(s) ?

You only need to log in to your personal account and leave us messages at the “Contact” session. We will get back to you asap through email or phone call.

How much is the delivery cost for returns or exchange ?

For the return request caused by quality issues, the delivery costs shall be borne by Puerfons.


For the return request caused by non-quality issues, the delivery costs shall be borne by customers. The delivery fee is subjected to the price charged by S.F. Express or DHL Express Commerce.

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
