Q：When will the order be shipped ?
You will receive a confirmation email after the payment. And the ordered products will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Q：What courier will be used for the delivery ?
Orders for mainland China and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan will be delivered by SF Express, and orders from other areas will be delivered by Hong Kong Post.
Q：When can I expect my order ?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with the courier company and the waybill number. Q：Can I return or exchange my order ?
• If skin care products need to be returned or exchanged, the outer packaging must be in original packaging, in the same condition, unused, as when it first arrived.
• Supplement capsules cannot be returned or exchanged once they are sold. Exceptions for return or exchange will be allowed for defective products with quality issues* only.
Q：What are the return timelines ?
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Exchange will be accepted within 15 days of receipt.
Q：How to return the purchased product(s) ?
You only need to log in to your personal account and leave us messages at the “Contact Customer Service” session. We will contact you and follow up through email or phone call.
Q：How much is the delivery cost for returns or exchange ?
For the return request caused by quality issues, the delivery costs shall be borne by HEC.
For the return request caused by non-quality issues, the delivery costs shall be borne by customers. The delivery fee is subject to the price charged by S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post.
