6 Month Results: Update on my NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) Experiment
By | November 1st, 2019 | Health Hub

So, today I will go over my NMN 6-month results, I will compare this data with the data I recorded in April with the data I recorded 60 days later.

I will also talk about how I will now up my NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) dose to 1 gram a day, I will also introduce 1 gram of Resveratrol a day, so my daily regime matches that of Dr. David Sinclair. I will also start to take 1 gram of TMG (Trimethylglycine) in the main to prevent the loss of methyl groups through urine.

Like NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide), there has been much in the news lately about Resveratrol, both as a way to reverse aging and to defeat some of the conditions that are attributed to aging such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer’s, especially in women.

When used as a daily supplement, it may extend our Life Span and more importantly our Health Span.

I will also start to take TMG; it is a powerful and safe methyl donor. TMG easily donates three methyl groups to the body. Methyl groups (CH3) are required in millions of biochemical reactions in human and animal bodies. Here are just a few of the best studied examples:
• Lowering homocysteine.
• Helping with liver detoxification.
• Alleviating depression.
• Reducing the chances of diabetes.
• Avoiding genetic problems.

TMG has an overall parasympathetic effect. TMG seems to help restore balance to the autonomic nervous system, especially in those who are following a complete nutritional balancing program. This may be one of its most important benefits.

• TMG is good for those with an MTHFR defect
• Anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
• Profound effects on the brain, digestion and other body systems

I would be very appreciative of any feedback and advice on anything I have covered in this video.
